Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders Australia-wide from our studio in Speers Point, NSW.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please note: during busy periods, public holidays, or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping – $10.00
  Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

• Express Shipping – $15.00
  Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s service.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship within Australia.

• Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers (if applicable – you can adjust if you do allow).

Damaged or Missing Parcels
Skin Sensible is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen parcels once they are with the courier. If your parcel is missing or arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly. We will, of course, assist where possible.
