Returns Policy

At Skin Sensible, we take great care in curating and delivering our products. Please choose carefully before making your purchase, as all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, or if the product does not suit your individual needs.

Damages and Issues

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at lynne@skinsensible.com.au with your order details and photographs of the issue. We will review the situation promptly and work with you to resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted on any products, including personal care goods, beauty products, or sale items. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
